1. Measure against the base of your shoe, matching the heel of the insole to the heel of your shoe. Trim the toe area to size.
2. Slide insole into shoe and test the fit, trimming a little of the toe area at a time to fit. The insole heel should fit firmly up against the inside heel of your shoe.

they move in my shoes. I walked about 10 meters and there was no insole left in my shoe. The lnsoles actually slid out the back of the shoe from my heels.

Disappointed
In two days of using this insole, the cloth and the plastic covering the gel opened utterly, and I think the product wasn't correctly tight. I am disappointed since it was difficult to find a store near my house that sells this product.
