Not good
Hurt my feet, arch support not good too forward for my foot rolled my ankle with these. Would stay away from these

Poor quality product, waste of money
Fabric upper and foam started peeling away at heel after first use, which made the insoles uncomfortable, causing pain and blisters. Poor quality, had to throw away after a week. Not worth the money spent.

Insole is too short!
Insole is too short, needs to be full length. Insole is too deep to add to a shoe without removing the old insole then your toes have no supportive cushioning. I purchased these insoles as I dislike heavy gel and memory foam.
These insoles have good lightweight cushioning especially for the heel. If they were full length & had a bit more arch support they would be a great replacement insole in walking shoes for women with plantar fascitiis and/or fallen arches.
