1. Measure against the base of your shoe, matching the heel of the insole to the heel of your shoe. Trim the toe area to size.
2. Slide insole into shoe and test the fit, trimming a little of the toe area at a time to fit. The insole heel should fit firmly up against the inside heel of your shoe.

Comfortable insoles
These contoured insoles provide a comfortable supportive insole whilst still allowing movement/flexibility. The most comfortable insoles I have found

Comfortable insoles
I just bought these, they are comfortable, but I found if you have a foot that is bigger than a 10 it falls a bit short. There was a good inch short to accommodate my size 12 foot, so there was no trimming on my part

Not as comfortable as it looks
They aren't bad compared to others but it looks a lot more comfortable in the pictures than it actually is. There isn't as much padding as you'd think.

Get the Advanced Memory instead
Have been using the Advanced Memory insoles for years, couldn't find them at my usual place, so opted for these alternate Memory Foam Insoles instead.
The tiny 3M adhesive pads did not even hold for a single outing, leading to the insole refusing to stay in place, and folding up with normal shifting weight as you walk. It is extremely unnerving feeling like you're slipping inside your own shoe!
Also the sizing is ridiculous. As far as I can see there's just the one size each for either "men"/"women" - I'm a 9½ to 10 men's, and what I assume is a "one size fits" type product does not even cover the inside of the shoe, let alone needing to trim it down to size.
Travelled a little further to find my usual product, have happy feet again, all's well in my universe.
This product however is going into the bin with the rest of my rubbish.
