1. Measure against the base of your shoe, matching the heel of the insole to the heel of your shoe. Trim the toe area to size.
2. Slide insole into shoe and test the fit, trimming a little of the toe area at a time to fit. The insole heel should fit firmly up against the inside heel of your shoe.

Perfect for me

Only good if size 13 or bigger no refunds if opene
I bought this as a one size fits all. Then put them in my shoe and the arch it way to far forward and I'm size 10. I tried to get refund but was told no since I have opened them. But yku have to open them to try them. I would only buy these if you are size 12 or bigger otherwise I would buy from a store where yku can try them cause you can't get refund or replacement
